Perfect !!! Exactly what I was looking for

I have done this class in the past and loved it. I’ve been wanting to do this class again for the last 2 weeks but for what ever reason I had to choose different classes. Today I finally got the chance to re do this class and it was like it was the perfect timing. I so needed to hear your words of wisdom today. I’ve been feeling a senses of being overwhelmed with the darkness in this world, I have been consuming a lot of content that shine light on the evils of this world. Although these channels & people presenting this information are important & are for fill an important role I can sometimes come away from the content feeling a sense of powerlessness, with a sick feeling in my core,which I feel shields me from feel the light . It seems to block me from being in my heart and in a more inspired creative joyless state. This class reminded how & helped me direct myself more towards heart energy, light & love despite all the evils that exist in the world. I know that light is the antidote but sometimes I can feel myself getting emotional caught up in the darkness , I haven’t been able to just observe without emotion and I can feel how this leads to a sense of negativity . So I guess I just wanted to say thank you for always being that guiding light reminding us of good, to stay in true heart energy. You a far more than just a fitness teacher , your a mentor to so many. ❤

I’ve been following Ali for over a decade, and I still come back to her videos time and time again! Her older videos with voice over are my favourite. I love the way she flows, and incorporates strength training! I am an Ali fan for life ❤ Thank you Ali 😊
